How Much Does it Cost?
If you’re not sure what your car needs or what’s wrong with it then we’ll need to take a look and make a diagnosis. Our standard call out fee is $99 and covers our travelling time and the first 15 minutes we spend with your car. If it takes more time we charge a very competitive fee for labour in 15 minute blocks meaning you only pay for the time we spend on your car.

Our aim is to diagnose the problem and get you going again as quickly as possible. We will have talked through the symptoms with you over the phone to get an idea of the problem and aim to bring any parts we may need with us. If repairs are more comprehensive or require additional parts we have the option to return at an arranged time or transfer your car to the workshop. We discuss this with you to achieve the most economical and convenient solution.

If you would prefer to have your car problem diagnosed and quoted at your address but have your work completed in our workshop, we can arrange this for you at no additional cost.

For your convenience, we offer a free pick up and drop of service, complimentary Courtesy Car and we can even drop your vehicle back to you when the work is done.
